Against this tragic backdrop, AMG Building decided to stand by the victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RMC BFMTV hailed the initiative in a<strong> <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rmc.bfmtv.com\/actualites\/international\/maroc-des-employes-mis-au-chomage-technique-pour-leur-laisser-le-temps-d-aider-apres-le-seisme_AV-202309150120.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rmc.bfmtv.com\/actualites\/international\/maroc-des-employes-mis-au-chomage-technique-pour-leur-laisser-le-temps-d-aider-apres-le-seisme_AV-202309150120.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">article<\/a><\/mark><\/strong>Our company has exceptionally placed its employees on short-time working to enable them to become volunteers while continuing to be paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This approach was widely reported in the media as an example of concrete solidarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our mobilization in the field<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The short-time working measure enabled around a hundred AMG Building employees to mobilize in the field. The company's head office was transformed into a logistics platform: for a week, staff and equipment were sent to the most isolated villages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00e9quipes se sont organis\u00e9es pour soutenir les sinistr\u00e9s de diverses mani\u00e8res dont la collecte et distribution de dons (nourriture, couvertures, matelas\u2026) aux familles sinistr\u00e9es. Ainsi que l&rsquo;installation de tentes et de mat\u00e9riel d\u2019urgence dans les zones isol\u00e9es pour prot\u00e9ger les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s des intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AMG Building manager Loubna emphasizes that despite the emotional difficulty, our teams remain fully committed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We have obligations to our customers, but we can't leave the victims. We're committed, so we'll keep going.
